Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is calculated by the weight and dimension, shipping location and shipping method of the shipment.
Therefore, the heavier and bulker your item is, the higher the shipping cost. The cost varies while the shipping location and the shipping method change.
Standard Shipping
We will ship the items to you either by e-Express or Registered Airmail packet. It usually takes 7-20 Business days ( excluding public holidays and customs clearance ).
※ Maximum weight: 2000g.
Hong Kong Post EMS Service
We will ship the item by EMS Speedpost, depends on the courier's availability to your country. It usually takes 5-10 Business days ( excluding public holidays and customs clearance )
Estimated time of delivery
Estimated Delivery Time is provided by the shipping company, Please note that estimated delivery time is depended on destination countries, and may subject to customs. clearance process, and weather condition in your area.
Hong Kong Custom/Destination Custom Rejected or Seized
Buyer must be agreed that Airsoft Home will not responsible for your lost if the parcel is rejected/seized by HK Custom/Destination Custom. NO REFUND to be applied to our customer.
Undeliverable: If the delivery address information provided is incorrect/incomplete, resulting in undeliverable goods, all related shipping costs will be charged by 18Airsoft and will not be returned. If additional shipping costs are involved, the recipient must pay for such shipping costs.
Customs clearance or Tax payment: As some regions/countries may need to pay VAT upon entry of goods and tax upon delivery, when the customer is required to pay import tax due to the local agency/government, the customer is responsible for completing the entire delivery process.
If the customer refuses to pay tax and the order is returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and other related costs. If the customer requests to ship the goods again, all related shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
Delivery delay: Airsoft Home will not be responsible for all delay compensation except the freight company is responsible for compensation. For details, please check the relevant transportation agency website.
Parcel damage/Lost: In the case of a lost or damaged package, please contact your local post office for assistance. we will not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
