Return and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order by sending email to us. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 24 hours from the date on which You ordered the Goods. Any items that have already been shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
Returns (Related shipping charges will not be refunded, and buyers are responsible for return shipping charges)
Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
※ If you find that the product has defective (non-human damage), Please contact us within 3 days to make a replacement application within 3 days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please using shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
